INTERNATIONAL COACH FEDERATION (ICF)
ICF is the leading global organization for professionally trained coaches. It is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches.
ICF offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program—with over 40,000 members in 140+ countries and over 35,000 credential holders that hold one of three ICF Credentials: The Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC).
The ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession.
Our Certificate in Coaching and Diploma in Coaching courses with Morphosis are purposefully designed to meet the requirements of achieving the ICF credentials, grounded on ICF’s Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. We make sure to provide participants the stringent education and experience needed while letting them discover their unique self in a safe space.

CERTIFICATE IN COACHING & DIPLOMA IN COACHING
In partnership with Morphosis, we offer two coaching courses to prepare participants to meet the necessary requirements to gain ICF’s credentials.
Certificate in Coaching
To begin your journey in becoming a coach, we offer the Certificate in Coaching course to prepare you in gaining the ‘Associate Certified Coach’ (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
What are the ICF ACC Portfolio Path Requirements?
- At least 60 hours of coach-specific training organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months
- A minimum of 100 hours (75 paid) of coaching experience with at least eight clients
- Performance evaluation (audio recording and transcript of a coaching session)
- Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment
What this course offers:
- 70 hours of coach-specific training organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over four months (7 hours in group and 3 hours one-on-one)
- Your first 24 hours of coaching experience with at least three clients, under our supervision
- 5 performance evaluations, including three recordings
- Preparation for the Coach Knowledge Assessment

Diploma in Coaching
Extend your knowledge and training in professional coaching through the Diploma in Coaching course to prepare you in gaining ICF’s ‘Professional Certified Coach’ (PCC) credential.
What are the ICF PCC Portfolio Path Requirements?
- At least 125 hours of coach-specific training organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months
- A minimum of 500 hours (450 paid) of coaching experience with at least eight clients
- Performance evaluation (audio recording and transcript of a coaching session)
- Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment
What this course offers:
- 131 hours of coach-specific training organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over four months (7 hours in group and 3 hours one-on-one)
- Your first 60 hours of coaching experience with at least five clients, under our supervision
- 6 performance evaluations, including three recordings
- Preparation for the Coach Knowledge Assessment

ONE-ON-ONE EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM
Quintegral also provides a customized coaching experience. We make sure to work with our clients in listening to their organization’s needs – may it be a sole coaching program or one that is integrated in a whole Talent Development Program that work harmoniously with other training programs, webinars, and assessments.
