About the Speaker:

George Marchan

George Marchan is a professional manager and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience managing cross-functional teams. He has solid Management Consulting experience with strong leadership, management, customer service and sales skills built from his various roles in Dell Computers, Microsoft, and ADP. He is also an award-winning public speaker from Toastmasters International. He currently studies PhD in Business at De La Salle University.


George spent most of his corporate life in the BPM-IT industry starting as a customer service representative. He also spent most of his corporate life in Dell computers where he started as performance coach focusing on improving the performance of bottom outliers in sales and customer service through coaching and training facilitation. He moved to ADP and headed multiple startup programs requiring planning, organizing, directing, staffing and control. His work exposed him to collaborating with multi-cultural teams in United States, Canada, India, Latvia, France, and Philippines. George embraces continuous improvement, and his strengths focus on love of learning, curiosity, optimism and sharing of knowledge.
