About the Speaker:
Dinah Salonga
Dinah uses her combined experience in management, entrepreneurship, yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing to support business leaders to lead with consciousness and compassion and enjoy happy and healthy lives.
She had over 30 years of management experience in the IT industry before co-founding YogaPlus, Inc. in 2010. The desire to share the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga led her to pursue certification to become a yoga teacher in 2010 and 2012.
Her passion for yoga led her to the path of mindfulness. In 2014, she completed the mindfulness-based leadership program of Asian Leadership Institute founded by Brian Bauerle and became a certified facilitator for this program in 2015.
She is a Certified Teacher for Search Inside Yourself, a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence program for leaders developed in Google in 2007. In 2019, she completed the Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, a program developed by Mindful Leader. She also received her certification as an Associate Specialist for Energy Management for Burnout and Sleep Issues from the World Institute for Incurable Diseases in July 2021.
